Dogs must be collected from the Trust Kennels.

In the event of my being able to obtain a dog through the BTC Welfare scheme I agree to the following conditions:

•  That I shall be required to sign an adoption contract.

•  That the dog is intended for a pet only, and is not to be used for breeding.

•  That I am responsible for the dog in every way, that I will insure against third party risks.

•  That I am willing for a field worker to visit, and in the event of my not being able to keep the dog I will      return it to BTC Welfare Trust kennels.

• That it is necessary for my garden to be well fenced.

•  That I will bring proof of my identity and my address on collecting any dog.

• That I am aware that it is the Trust's aims to unite applicants with a Bull Terrier compatible with their needs, but although they take every care, they cannot guarantee the animal's health, or that it will be suitable for any purpose.

•  That in the instance of a direct transfer I understand it is a contract between that owner and myself, and that the BTC Welfare Trust merely link me with an available, but unseen and un-assessed dog. I understand the Trust cannot accept any responsibility in this situation.
